Director of Growth Marketing – Job Description
Our direct client is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead their marketing strategy and to drive value and sustainable growth. They are looking for an experienced growth leader who will balance strategic and analytical thinking with creativity, moving seamlessly from big picture thinking to execution excellence.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer excited by the challenge of expanding a business-critical function and defining success. In order to achieve this, you will need to partner closely with Sales for building creative solutions and experiments to create a consistently strong brand throughout the funnel.
• This role is Hybrid in Frisco, TX.
• Green Cards Holders or US Citizens.
Qualifications
● 5+ years’ experience in growth marketing and digital demand generation
● BS in Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics
● Demonstrated track record of leading successful digital performance campaigns
● Advanced data skills, with a strong analytical background including data manipulation and technical data requirements for global operations
● Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
● Ability to apply best practices and utilize the latest marketing technologies to improve customer acquisition strategies
● Ability to work collaboratively with various global stakeholders while being able to work independently to complete projects
● Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask across teams, projects and priorities
● Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Creative, out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
● Strong project management skills
● Entrepreneurial, high level of ownership
Responsibilities
● Play an integral part of our overall growth plans and lead our efforts to discover new and innovative ways to drive customer acquisition
● Define the customer journey and how it’s measured, leading to an immediate and direct impact on key company-level growth
● Build an intimate knowledge of our target audience and analyze data on media consumption behaviors, channels, networks, and emerging media to inform how and where to effectively reach the customer
● Develop full funnel growth marketing strategies supporting various customer profiles in order to grow our customer base
● Create frameworks for managing, analyzing, and optimizing growth efforts
● Analyze all aspects of the growth conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
● Manage content strategy, calendar, and targeting alignment across channels
● Lead the development, monitoring, and achievement of goals and financial objectives
● Plan the marketing calendar, segmentation strategy, lifecycle journey mapping, creative briefs, and execute marketing campaigns end-to-end
● Lead by example and want to nurture and mentor our growing team
● The role is highly collaborative, working daily with sales, marketing, and other teams to figure out ways to implement and communicate continued growth strategies
● This leadership role will require the clear communication of strategies and results to the executive team and will be reporting directly to the CEO
